Delete Account

If you want to delete your Imago account, you can follow the steps
below.
Delete Account from Within the App
- Open the Imago app
- Go to the Profile tab from the bottom
menu
- Click on Account Settings in the
Settings section
- Click the Delete My Account button
- Enter your password in the confirmation popup
- Click Permanently Delete Account to
confirm
Request Account Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion
via email:
- Send an email from the email address registered to
your account to support@octo8.app
- Write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Include the username registered to your account in the
email content
- Your request will be processed within 48 hours
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is
irreversible! When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Deleted Data
When your account is deleted, the following data will be
permanently removed:
- Account information (email, username, password)
- Solution history and statistics
- Daily progress data
- Wrong questions list
- Premium membership information (if any)
- All app settings and preferences
Premium Membership Cancellation
If you have an active premium membership before deleting your
account, we recommend canceling your subscription first:
For iOS:
- Open the iPhone/iPad Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Imago
- Tap Cancel Subscription
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select Imago
- Tap Cancel subscription
Data Retention Period
After confirming your account deletion request:
- Your data will be permanently deleted from all our
systems within 30 days
- During this period, you can contact us to recover
your account
- After 30 days, data cannot be restored
