How can I create an account?

When you open the app, click the "Sign Up" button. You can create your account by entering your email address, username, and password.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. We will send a password reset link to your email address.

How do I purchase Premium membership?

You can safely purchase credits through App Store or Google Play from the buy credits page.

How can I cancel my Premium membership?

For iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Imago
For Android: Play Store > Subscriptions > Imago

Why isn't my progress being saved?

Check your internet connection. An active internet connection is required because data is stored in the cloud. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.

How can I delete my account?

Visit the Account Deletion page for account deletion instructions.
