When you open the app, click the "Sign Up" button. You can create your account by entering your email address, username, and password.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. We will send a password reset link to your email address.
You can safely purchase credits through App Store or Google Play from the buy credits page.

Check your internet connection. An active internet connection is required because data is stored in the cloud. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.
